Meet The Face Behind Trans Dynamic Services Ltd.
I’m Jasmine Ganther, the proud new owner of Trans Dynamic Services Ltd. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
The business was initially founded eighteen years ago by Linda Taggart. Once my two daughters were both enrolled in elementary and preschool respectively, I was ready to rejoin the work force. Nine years ago Linda was looking for a receptionist and assistant, because I had some Sage 50 knowledge (formally known as Simply Accounting), she hired me, and I have been with Trans Dynamic Services Ltd ever since.
Since the inception of Trans Dynamic Services, we have grown from a single employee business to four full-time staff and three part-time employees. When Linda decided to retire, I welcomed the opportunity to take on the responsibility of continuing the legacy that Linda created.
The part of my business that I most enjoy is the chance I get to help new business owners succeed. I concentrate on giving them the tools to get organized from the start, ensuring their records are up to date, and keeping receipts in order. One of our greatest strengths is we have streamlined the services we offer, so clients get exactly what they need promptly and professionally.
As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my philosophy of accommodating everyone and creating business relationships based on trust and confidence that last generations. Similarly, my authenticity, honesty, and integrity make me a good leader and successful business owner.
I attribute my success to my ability to focus on what’s essential to my clients. I also think our dedication and hard work have made us pretty much indispensable and helped our business grow at a consistent rate.
When I started training with Linda all those years ago, I quickly realized our philosophy was to ensure that all our clients would appreciate the value our services bring to their businesses. I knew taking ownership of Trans Dynamic Services would mean that I would have big boots to fill. However, the support and faith my clients and team have shown towards my new role give me immense satisfaction and have been a source of inspiration.
When I am not at work, I enjoy tinkering at my hobby farm, gardening, and hanging out with friends and family. I also enjoy relaxing with a good book.
I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
